Supply Chain Manager addresses one of the key issues relating to the supply chain process in that all of the information held is centralised, whether it is customers, stock, orders, campaigns, promotions, distributions, supplier quotations, purchase orders or deliveries. Being centralised means that there is always a single source of the most relevant, up to date information, removing the reliance on spreadsheets exchanging hands via e-mail, often bringing into question which is the most up to date version of a document which is constantly being modified.
